Do I have to register my account on the website when I download the app from App Store?
You only register for the system after you download the app. The registration is needed in order to attach your child to you and your caregiver. Simply fill up the details and follow the instructions.
How do I invite my nanny or teacher to my account?
If your nanny or kid's teacher has registered for an account, in your account profile page, click on the invite caregiver button. When you find their name, click on their name to invite them.
How many kids that I could add to my children list?
You can add as many children as you would like.
I am a teacher with more than 20 students and one teacher assistant in my class. Can I use the app and share the account with my assistant?
Sure. You can both create accounts in the parent teacher app and share your data together.
Does the message section on Pta app has push notifications on iPhone or Android phone?
Yes, when there's message coming in, you should see notifications of the app's icon.
Can I compile daily reports in my desktop?
Sure you can. Click on the "send report" option to generate a PDF or click on Email / SMS to send the report to your email account or cell phone.
